Complaint Process
1. Download and print the complaint form
2. Fill in all fields and describe the product defect or reason for complaint in as much detail as possible
3. Sign the form
4. Send the form along with the product to the address: Techfun s. r. o., Podzáhradná 10068/47, 82106 Bratislava, or scan it and send it by email to techfun@techfun.sk and ship the product to the provided address
5. We will send the decision on your complaint to the email address you provided in the form or inform you via your phone number
